A suburban colonial gets a transitional update.

This Suburban Colonial was stuck (rather tragically) in the 90's with about seven different types of flooring on the main level, orange oak everywhere, dark cabinets and dated granite.  The clients are a young couple that wanted a modern update. The trick with this renovation was staying true to the traditional architecture while still reflecting the clients modern taste. Insert a waterfall edge countertop, black marble fireplace surround with custom builtins, floor to ceiling tile in the master bath and trendy gray wood flooring. The result is a clean, classic and timeless home.
